According to an announcement on their discord, Sword Art Online: Alicization Rising Steel is now available for download and play for the Philippines Region.  It isn’t 100% clear whether it is the Global version or an SEA version. Global launch is expected “anytime before Nov 28th”.

SAO Alicization Rising Steel is an RPG game based on the Alicization arc of SAO. Gameplay includes exciting battles that use a variety of Sword Skills and flashy Incarnation techniques.
